Fulfillment Policy for Eos Human Resources Consulting, LLC

At Eos Human Resources Consulting, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional HR consulting services through our outsourced HR solutions. Our clients engage with us on a subscription basis, agreeing to an initial 12-month period of service, followed by a month-to-month service arrangement. This policy outlines our practices regarding subscription payments, cancellations, refunds, and transitions for our services.

 

Subscription Payment and Renewal

 

  • Our clients are charged a monthly retainer fee on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month’s service.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processing service.
  • The initial subscription period lasts for 12 months. Following this period, the subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Initial 12-Month Period: If a client wishes to cancel their subscription before the end of the initial 12-month period, they will be responsible for paying 50% of the remaining balance for the subscription term.
  • Month-to-Month Service: After the initial 12-month period, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, we require a 30-day notice to ensure a smooth transition of HR services. Cancellations made without a 30-day notice will result in a charge for the next month’s service.

 

Refund Policy

 

  • Given the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund may be considered (e.g., billing error), requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific situation.

 

Transition Policy

 

  • Upon receiving a cancellation notice, Eos Human Resources Consulting, LLC will work diligently to transition your HR services smoothly over the notice period. This includes the transfer of any HR documents, data, or reports to your designated representative.
  • Our team is committed to ensuring that the transition does not disrupt your ongoing HR operations.
