Onboarding new employees can be an overwhelming and sometimes tedious process to get right.  Why not let Eos HR do it for you?  As part of this package we discuss processes for pre-onboarding tasks such as setting up computers and logins, communicating with the new employee to collect forms, and post-hire activities such as training schedules, regular check-ins, and benefit enrollment.  In the Onboarding Workflow you receive:

  • Current process questionnaire
  • 90 minute consultation to go over the elements of your current and desired process
  • Creation of a detailed workflow using Asana
  • 30 minute meeting to review workflow 

PLUS Eos HR Consulting will onboard your next two new hires! This includes:

  • Preparing Offer Letters
  • Sending and collecting New Hire Forms
  • Completing form I-9 and other new hire verification documentation
  • Creating a New Hire Orientation presentation 
  • Enrollment in Health Benefits (if applicable)
  • Coordinating account set ups
  • Creating onboarding and training schedule
  • Scheduling regular check-ins with employee and manager
