- Current process questionnaire
- 90 minute consultation to go over the elements of your current and desired process
- Creation of a detailed workflow using Asana
- 30 minute meeting to review workflowÂ
PLUS Eos HR Consulting will onboard your next two new hires! This includes:
- Preparing Offer Letters
- Sending and collecting New Hire Forms
- Completing form I-9 and other new hire verification documentation
- Creating a New Hire Orientation presentationÂ
- Enrollment in Health Benefits (if applicable)
- Coordinating account set ups
- Creating onboarding and training schedule
- Scheduling regular check-ins with employee and managerÂ
