The Employer Human Resources Audit can help identify whether a company‘s HR practice areas or processes are adequate, legal and effective. The results obtained from this review can help identify gaps in HR practices, and Eos HR can then help prioritize these gaps in an effort to minimize lawsuits or regulatory violations, as well as to achieve and maintain world-class competitiveness in key HR practice areas.
The audit will be conducted via zoom with the appropriate management staff.
Following the audit meeting, the company will be provided with an Audit report, prioritizing issues that should be addressed and suggested services to close any gaps found. The Audit Report will include a benchmark analysis of the company in comparison to other local businesses.
